Rental Fee

If the party requires a lot of maintenance due to set up, full buffet, etc. these prices will be increased accordingly. Please see Rental Agreement.

• Monday through Thursday $750 for three hours; add $50 per hour for each additional hour of set up and clean up.
• Friday through Sunday $900 for three hours; add $50 per hour for each additional hour of set up and clean up.

Insurance

Renter must have a Waiver of Subrogation from its insurance company. This form may require a fee and can be purchased through renter’s insurance company. It is very important because it absolves PRC of any responsibility for the rented evening. This waiver should have the date of the party and the name of the rentor.

Donation

The donation of the space means that the Rental Fee, Security Deposit, and Waiver of Subrogation are not required, however, a monetary donation to PRC is suggested.

Security

Lessee must provide security for the event.

Catering

We accept on-site catering with a current Certificate of Liability. This form should be obtained as soon as the on-site caterer is booked and should be valid through the time of the party. If the caterer is dropping food off, this form is unnecessary.

Cleaning

Two staff members must be on site to clean or to supervise a set up and clean up crew. Any company can be used, however, in the past, Temps Today has been used because they provide a wide variety of workers from servers to people who will set up tables.
