Rebuilding Together New Orleans (RTNO), a program of the Preservation Resource Center, is looking for neighborhood associations interested in partnering with RTNO to repair homes within the neighborhood boundary. RTNO assists low-income homeowners who are elderly and/or disabled, those caring for and living with disabled family members, and first responders.

Through RTNO partnerships, neighborhood associations become more effective as they work to rebuild more houses, better the quality of life for their residents, increase community revitalization, and decrease blight.

If your neighborhood association is interested in partnering with RTNO and receiving this RFP please contact Tracy Carroll or visit by March 6, 2009.
